GRAPE & Fig x Fionagh's Crackers

These delicious sourdough crackers were developed by Fionagh at Norton Barton's bakehouse. Each batch is handmade for GRAPE & Fig using their own sourdough mother which is specially fed & fermented to create the perfect punch & crunch. The mother is mixed with the finest rye flour, rapeseed oil and a little sea salt to achieve the perfect texture & taste. It's then rolled & sprinkled with rye before baking.
