Every single product is curated with passionate intent & handmade with locally sourced, seasonal & fresh produce each morning in our kitchens.
What Happens Now?
Your order is confirmed & you should have received an order confirmation (check your junk if not). Please make sure all details are correct (especially date, delivery slot & allergy/dietary requirements) & contact orders@grapeandfig.com should you have any questions.
On the day of your delivery, an email will be sent to let you know your order is on it’s way to you!
Food For Thought
If you haven't already, you can add on plates, cutlery, napkins, tongs, wine, prosseco, foliage, honeycomb or chutney & much more online. Purchase these additional items, under 'Store Pick-Up' at checkout (so that you don't pay for any extra delivery fees!) & let us know the order number via email & we will connect together your original & new orders for you in the system backend.
Delivery
If there are any delivery access issues (such as no loading bay, lack of accessible parking outside etc), we kindly ask to be notified before delivery. If our courier drivers are unable to leave the delivery vehicle for any reason, they will call to ask for someone to come to meet them.
Platter Care
All platters are transported chilled & need to be placed in a fridge immediately on arrival. They are also extremely fragile, therefore need to be handled with extreme care on arrival & kept very flat.
