Ordering Online

Adding Products To Basket

Everything on our website is available to purchase, with full transparency on pricing.


Once you’ve made your selection, simply add your products to your basket (£130 minimum spend applies for hand-delivery within the M25/Essex, & £50 minimum spend applies for UK shipping).

Delivery Options

Our standard delivery service is £15 (anytime between 8am–5pm). This will be added at checkout.

If you’d like a specific delivery time, you can add a timed delivery slot to your basket.

Checking Out

Please add any Notes / Allergy & Dietary Requirements at the basket stage, agree to our Terms & Conditions, add your delivery date & address, then checkout.

Email Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email (please check your junk if it doesn’t appear). Make sure all details are correct — especially the products, date, delivery slot & allergy/dietary requirements — & contact orders@grapeandfig.com if you have any questions.

Can I Collect My Order?

Yes - simply select collection at checkout & choose your preferred time. Our HQ is located at 109 Victoria Road, RM12LX.

How Far in Advance Should I Order?

As much advance notice as possible is always appreciated. We only require 48 hours’ notice for last-minute orders, however we may need to close off certain days once we reach capacity. To avoid disappointment, please place your order in advance.

All food is freshly prepared on the day of delivery or collection, & is best enjoyed on the day it is received.

The day before your delivery/collection, we’ll give you a call to confirm all details, & we’ll follow up afterwards to ensure everything was perfect.

How Delivery Works

Our ready-to-eat products are freshly made each morning, highly stylised & extremely delicate. They cannot be transported via standard overnight courier services (such as DHL/DPD) & therefore require a same-day, fragile, hand-delivered courier service - which we provide.

Once your order is prepared & packed at HQ, GRAPE & Fig will automatically send an email confirming that your order is on its way & will arrive within your booked time slot.

To help avoid delays, please provide a UK-based mobile number for delivery contact, along with clear delivery notes.

To ensure timely deliveries for all customers, we deliver strictly to the ground floor (front door / concierge / building reception) or loading bay. Please provide loading bay or access details when booking. If there is no safe & legal place for our courier to unload outside your address, you’ll need to meet the courier to accept your order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to open & check all products at the point of delivery or collection. The individual who placed the order must be present to receive it.

All ready-to-eat products are extremely fragile & must be kept perfectly flat.
All products are transported chilled; those requiring refrigeration must be placed in the fridge immediately upon arrival.

How To Enjoy Your Order

Handle With Care

Upon arrival, please handle all products with extreme care, keeping them perfectly flat.
Refrigerate items that require chilling.

Should I keep the platter in the box or take it out?

Your platter is beautifully arranged on its wooden board, so you can simply remove it from the box to serve.

Some customers prefer to keep it in the box - that’s absolutely fine too. If you’ve ordered multiple platters, they look fantastic lined up together for a 'grazing table' effect.

Caring For Your Cheese-Based Platters

Cheese & charcuterie products should be stored cold, but not eaten cold. Remove them from the fridge 1–2 hours before serving for the best flavour (the cold temperature can inhibit the flavour profile).
