Our pop-up is now open in BRITYARD (310-312 Regent Street, W1B 3AU, London) from 10am until 6pm everyday. 

Get ready to rethink ‘BYO’ fast-food spots as you know them. While you might be familiar with spots like Tortilla, Subway & countless salad bars... this concept takes it up a notch – focusing on the finest British Cheese & Charcuterie produce. Simply choose your box size, your ‘base’, your condiment/s, & we’ll craft your perfect cheese box right alongside you, just for you.

Sounds pretty perfect & convenient, right? We thought so too.

This has been in ‘the works’ since late 2022, with a couple of set-backs & bumps in the road (all meant to be, we now believe), & our passion project has finally become a reality inside of the amazing BRITYARD space & we couldn’t be more thrilled or excited if we tried.
