Are you fully insured and a registered caterer? 

Yes, we are fully insured. We also have current food hygiene and health & safety training requirements. We pride ourselves on having the best standards, ensuring the best produce and food handling.

What's your food hygiene rating?

5. Reviewed March '23. 

Will you use images from our event on the GRAPE & Fig social media?

Yes, unless our clients/customers explicitly ask us not to use images taken at their event we will use them across our platforms.

Do you charge VAT?

Yes, we are a limited and VAT registered company.

Do you cater for cater for vegetarians, vegans etc?

Absolutely, just let us know your requirements at checkout.

How do you deal with dietary requirements or allergies? 

Please note our products are made in a kitchen that handles all main allergens. We do our best to accommodate allergies, however there is a high risk of cross contamination. Please let us know any dietary requirements or allergies in the form at checkout. 

How long will my product last?

How many days in advance can I book online? 

A whole year!

How much notice do you need for bookings? 

We kindly ask for two days notice please. But we can sometimes accommodate last-minute orders so please send us and email on and we can see what we can do.
