This week - crudités. A crudités is a staple for any gathering - but let’s be honest, sometimes inspiration images can feel a little tricky to replicate. So here’s a simpler version. No ramekins. No blanching. Just really beautiful assembly.
For this sized platter you’ll need:
Tahini Yoghurt Dip:
- 500g Greek Yogurt
- 160g Tahini
- Juice of half a lemon
- Black pepper to season
Your Veggies:
- Baby Gem Lettuce (1 head)
- Chicory (1 head)
- Celery (3-4 stalks)
- Baby Cucumbers (2-3)
- Baby Sweetcorn (2-3)
- Heritage Carrots (3-4)
- ‘French Breakfast’ Radishes (3-4)
- Sugarsnaps (5-6)
- Tomatoes (4-5)
- Dill to garnish
