Our Top Tips:
~ create intrigue by styling your melon in different ways
~ here we’ve gone for long wedges, balls & thin slices.
~ to create a soft, “blousey” ribbon effect with your prosciutto, gently shape each slice into a loose fan or give it a single twist before placing it on the platter. Keep the handling minimal…prosciutto is delicate, so the less you touch it, the better the final look.
